The Australian share market has closed stronger, with financial and resources sectors leading the charge.
At the close on Friday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was 42.3 points, or 0.87 per cent higher at 4,921.1, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 40.9 points, or 0.83 per cent, at 4,941.9.
On the ASX 24, the March share price index futures contract was 36 points higher at 4,880, with 25,829 contracts traded.
