Europe's main stock markets have pushed higher, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index adding 0.22 per cent to 5478.81 points.
In Frankfurt, the DAX 30 rose 1.48 per cent to 6229.41 points, and in Paris the CAC 40 climbed 1.82 per cent to 3087.62 points.
