Stocks to watch on the Australian stock exchange at the close of trade on Monday:
BBG - Billabong - up half a cent or 0.61 per cent to 83 cents
Troubled surfwear retailer Billabong has taken its latest takeover offer to the next step, allowing former board member Paul Naude and his financial backers to examine its books.
QAN - Qantas - up half a cent or 0.34 per cent to $1.465
Qantas Airways says it is suffering financial harm while its proposed alliance with Emirates awaits final approval from the competition watchdog.
ARI - Arrium - down 1.5 cents or 1.67 per cent to 88.5 cents
Steelmaker and iron ore miner Arrium has shipped iron ore from its northern South Australian mines out of a newly expanded Whyalla Port for the first time.
MAH - Macmahon Holdings - down one cent or 4.3 per cent to 22.5 cents
