Europe's main stock markets have fallen slightly at the start of trading.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index of top companies was down 0.22 per cent at 5,858.04 points at the open on Tuesday.
Frankfurt's DAX 30 index dropped 0.09 per cent to 7,428.13 points and in Paris the CAC 40 eased 0.07 per cent to 3,564.14.
