Recruitment and human resources company Ross Human Directions Ltd expects annual profit to be at least 22 per cent higher than its previous full year result.
The company, founded and led by Julia Ross, said on Wednesday its second half management results indicated profitability has continued since the company reported a 22 per cent rise in profit for the six months to December 31.
Profit for the year to June 30 was therefore expected to be at least 22 per cent higher than the previous year's $4.073 million, the company said.
The result indicates further strength in the labour market, with Ms Ross previously warning the second half performance was "highly contingent" on the state of the economy in its trading locations of Australia, Asia and England.
