The Australian Office of Financial Management (AOFM) will offer $600 million of short-dated Treasury notes in two tranches at a tender on Thursday, October 1.
The issue comprises $300 million of notes maturing on January 8, 2010 and $300 million of notes maturing on April 9, 2010.
The RBA would not take up any of the offers, the AOFM said.
Bids can be lodged between 1015 AEST and 1030 AEST on Thursday, October 1.
The results will be announced soon after.
Settlement is Friday, October 2.
