The Australian Office of Financial Management (AOFM) will offer $900 million of short-dated Treasury notes in two tranches at a tender on Thursday, October 22.
The issue comprises $600 million of notes maturing on January 8, 2010 and $300 million of notes maturing on April 23, 2010.
The RBA would not take up any of the offer, the AOFM said.
Bids can be lodged between 1015 AEDT and 1030 AEDT on Thursday, October 22.
The results will be announced soon after.
Settlement is Friday, October 23.
