Telstra Consumer group managing director David Moffatt will leave the company at the end of November.
Telstra chief executive David Thodey confirmed on Monday that Mr Moffatt would leave on November 30 after tendering his resignation last month.
"Mr Thodey also confirmed the appointment of Glenice Maclellan as acting group managing director Telstra Consumer, effective immediately," Mr Thodey said in a statement to the stock exchange.
Mr Moffatt will stay on at Telstra until the end of November to assist with the transition, he said.
Ms Maclellan has been at Telstra since 2006, most recently holding the position of executive director of Category Marketing and Operations in Telstra Consumer.
