Radio broadcaster Austereo Group Ltd has renewed its contract to receive programming from mcm entertainment group Ltd for a further two years.
The agreement ensures mcm media pty ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of mcm, continues to supply nationally syndicated radio programs, such as Take 40 Australia, to the Austereo radio network until December 2011.
The final contract details, including which shows were included in the new agreement, were expected to be finalised by November 15, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
Mcm entertainment group chief executive Tony McGinn said he was delighted to have secured a new deal with the company's biggest broadcast client, Austereo.
"We are committed to providing compelling content for Austereo to assist in maintaining their leading position in the Australian radio industry," Mr McGinn said in a statement.
