Stocks to watch on the Australian stock exchange at the close of trade on Thursday:
ILU - ILUKA RESOURCES LTD - up 35 cents, or 3.73 per cent, at $9.73
Mineral sands miner Iluka generated nearly one-third less revenue in 2012 than the previous year as Chinese demand and prices plunged.
QAN - QANTAS AIRWAYS LTD - down two cents, or 1.3 per cent, at $1.52
Travellers will soon know how much it will cost to fly on a combined Qantas-Emirates network after their alliance received interim authorisation from the competition watchdog.
STO - SANTOS LTD - up eight cents, or 0.7 per cent, at $11.72
Oil and gas company Santos is on track to meet its 2013 production forecasts after enjoying a 10 per cent rise in 2012.
WPL - WOODSIDE PETROLEUM LTD - steady at $35.20
