Personal finance loans rose by 1.0 per cent in November, official figures show.
The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) on Wednesday said personal finance commitments, seasonally-adjusted, rose to $7.448 billion in November, from a upwardly revised $7.378 billion in October.
Total commercial loans in November fell 7.2 per cent to $29.427 billion, seasonally-adjusted, from $31.717 billion in October.
Lease finance was up 1.5 per cent to $551 million, compared with $542 million the previous month.
Housing finance for owner occupiers rose 0.6 per cent to $13.940 billion, from $13.861 billion the month before.
