Rare earths miner Lynas Corporation is set to conduct a capital raising.
The company has requested a halt in the trading of its shares, pending an announcement of the details of the capital raising venture, the company said on Friday.
The halt will stand until the start of trade on November 13.
Lynas on Thursday received Malaysian court permission to begin operating a controversial processing plant in Gebeng, Malaysia.
The Kuantan High Court ruled against Malaysian activists who had sought an injunction against Lynas' temporary operating licence for the plant.
